Offer regular scheduled window cleaning of 4,6 or 8 weekly,
monthly or 2 monthly depending on your area, we do not offer one off window
cleaning.

We user a reach & wash system with purified water
meaning we can carry out our cleaning from the safety of the ground.

By using this system it means we can reach most windows,
clean the frames, sills & doors, also because the water is purified there
is no need to dry the windows as all the impurities have been removed and will
dry naturally without any smears.

As much as we don’t like working in the rain or bad weather
it won’t affect the cleanliness of a cleaned window, we have worked this way
for many years & as there are no impurities in rain water it won’t affect
the end result. All our window cleaning has a 24hours guarantee, so if you’re
unhappy please contact us asap & we will rectify it. If we turn up to your
property & are asked not to clean due to rain then we will have to charge
the full price as we have allocated you a slot in the schedule for that day.

We send out automated texts the evening before your clean is
due so you can leave access, if we can’t gain access we will do our best to
carry out the clean if it’s safe to do so. Please be aware that if we can’t,
the full price will be charged. If for any reason you wish to cancel a clean
(e.g. building work or you’re on holiday) please let us know before we arrive
at your property otherwise you will be charged full price.

First cleans take longer than regular maintenance cleans if
your windows are extremely dirty you wll be charged accordingly, if you have
builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete or paint etc.) stickers or adhesive,
staining/discolouration on window frames from chemicals or rust, UV bleaching of
frames on your windows then purified water will not be affective at removing
these so please let us know when we quote if you would like us to remove any of
these.

We do not offer one off window cleans, by using our services
you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have been
carried out the remaining cleans will be charged for.

All customers are covered by direct debit guarantee &
gocardless.
